Most of my content tries following the canons of the Ultimate Talent Development Plans, Ultimate Summer Camp events, and the anthology mangas.These are just random characters important to my lore that I have specific random headcanons for.

Consider everything to be a part of an AU similar to UTDP and Danganronpa S.

Izuru Kamukura

🚢 Doesn't like conforming to labels
🚢 Has a sleeper build
🚢 Great with guns
🚢 Niche celebrity; Doesn't have many appearances or info online. Gained popularity through collaborating with Junko. Those who know him are obsessed with him.
🚢 Secretly emotional; Feels like he has no control over his own life
🚢 His friends often surpass his predictions; He likes people who are unpredictable without trying.

Hajime Hinata

🍊 Attends Reserve Course
🍊Raging bisexual
🍊 Slightly lean body build + is athletic
🍊 Ambitious and envious (of Izuru mostly)
🍊 Popular amongst the Class 77-B, thanks to Chiaki Nanami. They basically treat him like a class member.
🍊 At school, he is very assertive. Outside of school, he is very timid and modest as he usually gets treated like a nobody
🍊 Slightly taller than Izuru, but nobody can tell the difference

Nagito Komaeda

🍀 Great singer
🍀 Used guns before/Knows how guns work
🍀 Since there is no despair, Nagito's personality is less eccentric than in the games and instead more like the anime
🍀 Nagito enjoys dark/serious magical girls, and Revolutionary Girls Utena is his favorite
🍀 Was just a "nobody" during high school until the end of his second year, when Ibuki helped him produce two singles (and a personal unreleased song). He also hosted a school talk show (The Hope Room) which made him more 'well-known' (can't say popular) during his time at Hope's Peak.

Junko Enoshima

💔 HER LEGAL NAME IS JUNKO IKUSABA. She uses her brand name (Enoshima) to intentionally confuse people for fun and to take advantage of her popularity
💔 Your average rich and popular teen
💔 Created "Danganronpa"
💔 Likes to hang out with people older than her (Class 77 students) to show off her influence. Also, she's closer with some Class 79 (v3 cast) students for liking her show.
💔 Her class doesn't like her very much and she doesn't like them either (they literally never wait for her to be ready for their class photos)
💔 Junko treats Izuru like Chloe treats Adrien from Miraculous, except she does this just to be annoying
💔 She's smart and intuitive, but NOT the Ultimate Analyst (she's the Ultimate Fashionista). Rather than finding things too predictable for her liking, her boredom comes from being a brat
